Situation Update

As of Monday, November 2, 2020 5:05 PM MST

VA has a comprehensive plan in place to protect the health of everyone who receives care or works at one of our facilities. Using an abundance of caution, all VA medical facilities are implementing screening measures for signs of respiratory illness and exposure to COVID-19. This protocol will be in place until further notice. Onsite, we will use standardized screening questions at strategic entry points. As many of you may have experienced, we have largely gone to virtual care. Please use MyHealtheVet for routine matters. Please do not visit any of our sites unless you have a scheduled appointment, your provider specifically asked you to do so, or if you need emergency care from the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. We have also updated our visitor guidelines and encourage you to become familiar with them prior to visiting any of our sites of care. Effective November 3, 2020, visitors are largely unauthorized unless the visitor is considered a medically necessary caregiver as defined by ADA guidelines.
