WALK-IN CLINIC:
Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center
Building G, 1st Floor
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Our Walk-In Clinic helps to resolve issues with our patients’ hearing aids such as those that sound distorted, are too loud, give feedback and more. The Walk-In Clinic is primarily for help with hearing aids and not for hearing tests or checkups.
During our Walk-In hours, we do not work on accessories that are attached to, or work with hearing aids, we only work on the effectiveness of the hearing aids for our patients.
The Walk-in Clinic is designed to accomodate minor repairs and/or minor programming on one set of hearing aids. Extensive programming requests or requests for programming on more than one set of hearing aids cannot be completed in the Walk-in Clinic. An appointment will be required for requests outside the scope of these guidelines.
